The APACA 2009 theme for the Annual Report was 'spaces of possibility'. The Elk Group had so much fun with this theme. 

The design direction came from the idea that performances are like magic. They transport you to another place, tap into your imagination and take you on a magnificent journey. They create the illusion that the seemingly impossible can become reality.

The visualisation of this idea involved integrating hand-drawn elements with photographs of smoke, objects and people performing, to create a montage effect.

The APACA annual report was nominated as a finalist in the 2010 Desktop Create Awards.
